User roles

Each team member has certain limitations within their role. Let's take a closer look at each role:

Owner

The bot's creator is the Owner by default. The Owner can make any changes to the bot, including deleting it. The Owner cannot demote themselves in their own bot.

Admin

An Admin can be appointed by the Owner or another Admin. The Admin has the same rights as the Owner, except they cannot delete the bot.

Editor

An Editor can be appointed by the Owner or the Admin. The Editor can edit bot flow, customize integrations and channels, interact with customers and conversations, assign agents and viewers.

Agent

An Agent can be appointed by the Owner, Admin, or Editor of the bot. The Agent can see the Home page, Customers, and Welcome page, and engage with customers through Conversations. They cannot edit the bot flow.

Viewer

A Viewer can be appointed by the Owner, Admin, or Editor of the bot. The Viewer can only see the Home page, Customers, Welcome page, and Conversations pages.
