What’s New in Quidget

New

  • New Onboarding Process: We’ve introduced a new onboarding experience that allows you to create a trained bot directly on your website, powered by GPT-4o mini.

    You can now train bots using:

    • Website links
    • Files (.txt, .pdf, .md, .csv, .docx, .xlsx)
    • Custom FAQs

    This makes it easier than ever to integrate intelligent support into your site.

  • New Sign-up/Sign-in Pages: Our sign-up and sign-in pages have been revamped for a more seamless and intuitive user experience.

  • Custom Assistants with OpenAI Integration: You can now add and train your own Assistants through our OpenAI integration, giving you greater flexibility in tailoring AI bots to your unique needs.

  • Send Dialogues via email: We’ve added a new feature that allows bot owners and customers to receive a copy of their conversation via email, keeping a record of interactions more accessible.

Improvements

  • Improved Cookie Banner Design: The cookie banner has been redesigned for a more modern and user-friendly look, ensuring compliance without disrupting user experience.
  • Card/Phone Masking Enhancements: We’ve improved the masking of card and phone numbers in messages, adding more variations to increase security.
