In this November release, we’re bringing you features that enhance communication and streamline setup processes, along with technical improvements to optimize your experience. These updates are designed to make automation and user management even easier and more accessible.

What’s New in Quidget

New

  • Chat History: Users can now view a full history of past conversations, allowing for improved oversight and easier tracking of support interactions.

  • Recent interactions: After each conversation, AI automatically analyzes tone, title, question summary, and tags, ensuring deeper insights and faster feedback loops.

  • SendDialog Action for Euphoric.ai and Zendesk: We've added the ability to send conversation transcripts directly to your and your clients' emails for integration with Euphoric.ai and Zendesk. This makes it easier to track important interactions and follow up on them.

  • Quick Setup for SendDialog via the AI & Automation Page: A new Handover tab on the AI & Automation page allows for quick and seamless setup of the SendDialog email and message feature, saving you time and simplifying workflows.

Technical Updates

  • UI/UX Fixes Various updates have been made to enhance usability, including:
    • Optimized image loading for WebChat for faster performance.
    • Improved sign-up/sign-in experience with Google.
  • Improved Onboarding Navigation with Stepper: We’ve added a Stepper to the onboarding process to improve navigation and provide better guidance through browser history, ensuring a smoother user experience.
