    The page has a cleaner, more intuitive design for easier navigation and setup.

    Control response styles:

    • Set to deliver consistent answers.
    • Or choose playful and creative responses.

  • Tone of Voice Settings 💼

    Align AI responses with your brand’s personality by adjusting the tone.

  • Response Length Settings 📏

    Choose how detailed or concise your AI responses should be to suit your audience.

  • Custom Instructions ✍️

    Provide specific instructions for AI responses:

    • Combined with tone and length settings for tailored interactions.

  • Show Sources Under Responses 🔗

    Enable source links under AI responses for greater transparency and credibility.

  • Feedback and Human Takeover Buttons 👍👎

    Add buttons after AI responses to:

    • Collect user feedback.
    • Enable human intervention when necessary.

  • Contact Support Button in Web Chat 📞

    • Fallback Email Address, Live Chat Integration, and Email Template settings are now combined into a single tab.
